Your tasks
Would you like to do more than simply improve existing products? Do you want to help turn new ideas into tangible technical solutions, prototypes, and innovative lightweight components?
As a Product Development Engineer, you will play an important role in our team and actively contribute to the development of new products and technical solutions.
You will support projects throughout the entire development process - from the initial idea and design phase to prototype development and practical implementation.
This is an opportunity to work with innovative technologies, take responsibility, and contribute your own ideas.
- Develop and design components with bionic fiber architecture.
- Develop new technical concepts and solutions together with the team.
- Design tools for manufacturing innovative lightweight components.
- Produce and further develop prototypes.
- Work with manufacturing processes such as gantry fiber placement, 3D printing, forming, and consolidation.
- Prepare, support, and carry out injection moulding trials.
- Further develop and optimize various prototype systems.
- Contribute to customer projects from the initial idea through to successful implementation.
Your profile
You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most is your interest in technical challenges, your willingness to develop new ideas and your motivation to turn concepts into practical solutions together with a committed team.
Ideally, you bring:
- A completed or ongoing technical education or degree, for example from an HTL, bachelor’s, or master’s programme.
- Experience working with CAD software.
- An interest in product development, engineering design, and innovative manufacturing technologies.
- The ability to independently develop ideas and concepts and implement them in a structured way.
- Enjoyment in combining theoretical and practical work.
- Flexibility and openness towards new tasks and technical challenges.
- An interest in working in a dynamic and growing start-up environment.
