Your tasks

  • Support and further development of FiberInject – the world's fastest manufacturing technology for bionic composite materials.

  • Conceptualization and development of new production concepts (heating systems, press systems)

  • Analysis of existing production processes and identification of optimization potentials

  • Development and implementation of concepts for increasing efficiency

  • Support in recipe development and creation of new production recipes

  • Troubleshooting and analysis of process or plant malfunctions

  • Participation in technical adjustments and modifications of the systems (mechanical & electrical)

Your profile

  • Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, FH or university) in the field of mechatronics, automation technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar.

  • Basic knowledge or understanding of PLC programming (ideally Beckhoff)

  • Technical understanding of complex production processes, good observation skills and analytical thinking

  • Basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, e.g.: installation and connection of valves, sensors and actuators.

  • Reading and understanding circuit diagrams and fluid diagrams

  • Independent and structured work style

  • Teamwork skills and willingness to take on responsibility in the production process
