Your tasks
- Analysis of our production plant during ongoing operation
- Optimization of plant and process cycle times
- Identification of technical weaknesses and efficiency potentials
- Root cause analysis in the event of plant downtime (e.g. due to contamination, wear or material problems)
- Evaluation and optimization of components used (e.g. moving hose systems, sensors, mechanical assemblies)
- Development and implementation of technical improvement measures
- Support for maintenance, troubleshooting and troubleshooting
- Participation in mechanical and electrical adjustments of the system
- Collaboration with external technicians as well as our internal team
- Further development and standardization of our production processesIn addition, you will have a prototype plant at your disposal, where you can first test and validate new approaches on a small scale before they are transferred to series production.
Your profile
- Experience in the industrial production environment
- Very good technical understanding of complex systems and processes
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- You bring technical know-how, analytical thinking and a real hands-on mentality
- Basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
- Experience in the installation and connection of components (e.g. valves, sensors, actuators)
- Ability to confidently read and understand circuit and fluid diagrams Ideally, basic knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Beckhoff or comparable) Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and constructive handling of mistakes
