Your tasks
You will ensure that our production runs reliably while continuously improving the way we work.
- Set up, operate and monitor our series-production equipment.
- Ensure smooth production processes and compliance with quality requirements.
- Identify and document faults and contribute to resolving them.
- Carry out quality inspections and document the results.
- Actively contribute to optimising our production processes.
- Support the ongoing development of our patented FFP technology.
- Take responsibility for manufacturing a range of components and contribute to the development of new production processes.
Your profile
You do not need to meet every requirement from day one. What matters most is your technical mindset, attention to detail, initiative and ability to communicate effectively within a team. Ideally, you will bring:
- Completed technical training, such as a technical secondary school qualification (HTL), an apprenticeship or a technical college diploma, or comparable practical experience in production, mechanical engineering or plastics technology.
- An interest in innovative manufacturing technologies.
- A passion for precise, quality-focused work.
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach.
- A willingness to take responsibility.
- An interest in actively shaping a dynamic working environment.

SALARY
The position is classified in Employment Group II, first year in the employment group, under the Collective Agreement for the Plastics Processing Trade. Depending on your experience and the level of responsibility you assume, we are prepared to offer a salary above the minimum stipulated by the collective agreement.
