Your tasks

  • In-depth operation, setup and maintenance of our production facilities fibionic FiberInject
  • Analysis of existing production processes and identification of optimization potentials
  • Development and implementation of concepts to increase efficiency
  • Support in recipe development and creation of new production recipes
  • Troubleshooting and analysis in the event of process or plant malfunctions
  • Participation in technical adaptations and conversions of the systems (mechanical and electrical)

Your profile

  • Basic knowledge or understanding of PLC programming (ideally Beckhoff or comparable)
  • Technical understanding of complex production processes
  • Good powers of observation and analytical thinking
  • Basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, e.g. installation and connection of valves, sensors and actuators
  • Reading and understanding circuit diagrams and fluid diagrams
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to take responsibility in the production process
