Your tasks

  • Analysis of industries, markets and fields of application for fibionic technologies
  • Active acquisition of new customer projects in our dedicated focus markets (e.g. Sports & Leisure, UAVs, Robotics)
  • Identification and targeted approach of relevant customers, partners and multipliers
  • Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships – from initial contact to project completion
  • Joint development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy with the founders
  • Positioning of fibionic technology as a key innovation for composite components suitable for series production
  • Participation in bidding, project definition and contract negotiations
  • Close cooperation with technology, product development and management
  • Active contribution to the strategic development of our business areas

Your profile

  • Technical, economic-technical or economical education (HTL, FH, Uni), e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • Strong interest in technology, innovation and industrial applications
  • Initial experience or great interest in technical sales, business development or consulting
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards customers
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to take responsibility and actively promote issues
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Medium willingness to travel
